Ultraviolet Light Sterilisation

The Sonic Bath combines two powerful cleaning technologies. Together, they deliver a comprehensive clean that goes beyond what manual washing can achieve, helping keep your dental appliances super clean and ready to use.

Frequently asked questions

Is It Approved By Dentists?

Our Sonic Bath uses the same powerful technology as the ultrasonic cleaners found in dental surgeries. While professional models can hold up to 288 litres and cost thousands, the Sonic Bath is designed to bring that same dental-grade cleaning power to your home in a compact, easy-to-use device.

Why Is Using My Toothbrush Not Enough?
A toothbrush is not the most effective tool to clean your dental appliance. While it will remove some bacteria and plaque, you are unlikely to get into all the nooks, crannies and crevices. The scrubbing motion can cause damage to the surface, scratches and cloudy looking trays, not only that, but the handling of thinner appliances while brushing can also cause damage to its shape or risk breaking the appliance.
Can I Use Cleaning Tablets/Solution With In My Sonic Bath?

For the best cleaning results with heavily soiled appliances, soak your device in cleaning tablets/solution first, then use the Sonic Bath. Important: fill the Sonic Bath with WATER ONLY before operating. After soaking, empty the tablet solution from the tank and rinse your appliance thoroughly. Refill the tank with fresh water and run a final cleaning cycle for your aligners.

Can I Use Hot Water In my Sonic Bath?

You should NEVER use hot water to clean your aligners or other dental appliances as it can cause the material to warp. Always use cool or room temperature water in your Sonic Bath.

How Does The Sonic Bath Differ From Other Ultrasonic Machines In The Market?

Take your LUMAX Sonic Bath anywhere—home, travel, or on the go. Enjoy professional cleaning results without the hassle of cords. Our rechargeable design means longer battery life and a clutter-free bathroom.
